Time for Change Foundation is proud to announce the completion of their Legal Employment Accessing Profit (LEAP) Program. The LEAP Program was awarded through the California Community Reinvestment Grants (CalCRG) Program by the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz). The LEAP Program was aimed at supporting formerly incarcerated individuals reintegrating into society by providing legal services, job placement, and systems navigation services.
Time for Change Foundation’s (TFCF) Positive Futures II Program (PF II) provides essential resources to currently and formerly incarcerated women to reduce homelessness and recidivism while leading women to stabilization and self-sufficiency.
Family reunification, managed in a safe and supportive environment, gives our families a foundation to recreate their lives and allows children to reach their highest potential. The Time for Change Foundation (TFCF) was awarded a 3-year grant from Blue Shield of California Foundation, for disrupting multigenerational violence for homeless and formerly incarcerated women and their children through the Positive Family Futures and Reunification Program in San Bernardino County.
